Welcome to the admission portal of Rogationist Academy. To begin with, the first step towards admission is filling up the registration form online. Upon submission of the form, a confirmation message will be sent to the parent’s email id and registered mobile number. The next step involves submitting a hardcopy of the registration form along with all the necessary documents and admission fee. An interactive session with the parents and the child will be scheduled, and the date will be communicated via SMS and email.

The admissions are restricted based on the standard number of admission to each class. 

  • The standard number of our school is 30 children per class for KG I to Class VII.

Admission Process

FILL UP THE FORM

The applicant is required to submit the filled in registration form online.

CONFIRMATION MESSAGE

A confirmation message will be sent on receipt of the registration form to the parent’s email id and registered mobile.

INTERACTIVE SESSION

The date for an interactive session with parents and child will be communicated via SMS and email.

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

A hard copy of the registration form, submitted online, along with all necessary documents for verification and an admission fee of Rs 35000/- is required to be submitted in the office and fee counter, respectively, during the school’s working hours.

Required Documents

Birth Certificate

A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.

Passport

A photocopy of the student’s valid passport (if studied abroad, or born or lived abroad) with a valid residence visa stamp.

Aadhar Card

A photocopy of Aadhar card.

Photographs

Two recent passport size photographs. Upload a good digital image while applying online in the application form to issue a photo ID card

Transfer Certificate

Transfer certificate duly signed. Compulsory for admission to Grade 2 and upwards.

  • The age of the child seeking admission to Pre-KG should be 3 years as of the 31st of May of the year of admission to KG.
  • LKG- 4Yrs
  • UKG- 5Yrs
  • STD 1- 6Yrs
  • The fee details are uploaded in the school app; ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY THROUGH THE PAYMENT GATEWAY PROVIDED IN THE APP. Parents should login with their id and password to pay the fee.
  • NEFT/RTGS transfer from any bank will not be accepted.
  • Parents are allowed to have direct payment in the school office through either cash or cheque.
